• How do I place an order?

  Click on Order Online. Select your items and go to the cart. Pick a delivery option and a payment option. Give any additional information required and proceed to pay. You will get an order confirmation and order number, which you can use to track your order.

• How do I make a payment?

  For home delivery orders, payment must be made online. For store pick up orders, you can either pay online or pay at the store when you pick up your order. Once you are ready check out, you will be redirected to a payment gateway. Choose your mode of payment and place your order. We accept most credit/debit cards, netbanking and UPI as well.

• If I order in advance, will I get fresh sweets & namkeen?

  Regardless of when you place your order, be it hours before or days before, your order will be packed max 2 hours before delivery/pick up to ensure all your items are fresh!

• Can I place bulk orders online?

  Yes you can place bulk orders online. However we highly recommend that you call us or visit any of our branches in advance to place large orders to ensure the availability of the item.

• Do you have fancy boxes and trays for gifts?

  We have a wide range of unique gift boxes and german silver trays. Please visit our store to check them out!
